Air-filled tire with hubless wheel
The air-filled wheels have a cushioning function and are used for various applications. Parts such as tires and tubes can also be replaced, making maintenance excellent.
Air-filled tire (hub type)
Air-filled Tire (Hub Type) Utilizes air pressure within the tire to cushion impacts from rough terrain and bumps. It is widely used in industrial vehicles and more. ■□■ Features ■□■ ■ Radial bearings are incorporated into the hub ■ The tire itself has a higher ply count (tire strength) ■ Compared to air-filled tires of the tubeless type, the tire, wheel, and hub are all more robust in the same size ■ More suitable for transporting heavy loads with in-house trailers than hand-pushed carts ■ Assembly to the cart is done via brackets through the axle, rather than using casters ■ While it cannot be easily attached to the cart body like a caster, it achieves a solid undercarriage ■ For more details, please contact us.
Air-filled tire (tubeless type)
Air-filled tires (hubless type) that reduce shocks from rough roads and bumps by utilizing air pressure inside the tire. ■□■Features■□■ ■ Widely used in daily life, including automobiles, bicycles, and agricultural machinery. ■ Hubless air-filled tires, like caster wheels, incorporate commercial bearings into the wheel and are commonly used in caster fittings. ■ Compared to caster wheels, hubless air-filled tires offer superior elasticity due to air pressure and are used in hand trucks in environments with poor road conditions. ■ The hubless type often features smaller diameter tires, while larger diameters are designed with a proper hub attached to the wheel. ■ HC2.50-4 HL, HC3.00-4 HL, HC3.50-5 HL, and HC4.00-8 HL are tires that use Bridgestone tires for the tubes. ■ Individual components such as tires and tubes are also available. ■ For more details, please contact us.
